For the first time an on-site test is available to identify Legionella. By utilizing technology by Spartan, Flow Infrastructure can test for Legionella. By using the Spartan Cube, we can test for live Legionella and give results in as little as 45 minutes. One of the largest issues with isolating Legionella is the vast size of a specific buildings piping system some complexes can be as large as 53 acres. How can it be possible to isolate what could be one small dead leg in such a vast water network? By utilizing an “isolation” process Flow Infrastructure can work down a vast area to an isolated line helping to identify the section producing Legionella in hours and or days instead of what could be months of outside laboratory testing. By installing a copper-silver ionization system on the entire system or placing smaller units throughout the system we can solve the issue by not being intrusive.
