Cameron MannersChief Executive OfficerCameron was born and raised in Southern Ontario, Canada and has spent 25 years in the water and wastewater industry. His focus was providing solutions for aging pipe infrastructure in buildings.
As an Entrepreneur, recognizing the need for small diameter rehabilitation in 2000, he started Nu Flow Technologies a company that manufactured and distributed cutting-edge small diameter patented CIPP products. As a leading pioneer in the industry he recognized the lack of a "truly inside the building application" and founded Nu Flow’s installation division in 2005. By 2008 the Nu Flow installation division was the world’s largest small diameter lining company with a global presence with licensee’s all around the world and offices in six locations in the US. In 2015 Cameron founded Aquam Corporation with a water platform and began acquiring technologies and companies that complemented the Nu Flow technology and expanded Aquam’s footprint to include operations throughout the UK. Cameron has completed multiple acquisitions varying in size. He has developed and patented many inventions in various technology platforms, and many are in his name. |
David RoyVice President, UtilitiesDavid lead Aquam’s Corporate Business Development initiatives focusing on Lead Service Lines and Condition Assessment opportunities.
He joined CH2M in January 2016 and was part of CH2M’s Water Business Group Project Development and Public-Private-Partnership or P3 team working on opportunities. Prior to CH2M he was with Pure Technologies, where he worked as the International Business Development Director and was responsible for growing the company’s international business and mitigating risks abroad. He was one of the vice presidents at Pressure Pipe Inspection Company (acquired by Pure Technologies in 2010). He also held senior positions in the healthcare industry, where he developed programs to reduce risk for healthcare providers. David worked with and through the re-insurance providers to prevent catastrophic claims and managed risk prevention activities for occupational health risk programs. David’s background includes Business Administration, Risk Management, and Financial Management. |
