HVAC Systems
Moving water (or other chemicals) through an HVAC is key to the system working properly. As pipe ages it tends to corrode to the inside which reduces the diameter of the pipe. HVAC systems are designed based off specific flow coefficients when the diameter is reduced pumps need to work harder to get flow around the system driving up operating costs. The reduction of diameter also causes systems to run inefficiently as thermostats cannot be regulated to specific temperatures and will continually call for more flow.
Flow Infrastructure utilizes air scrubbing to clean out tuberculation restoring the pipe to a like new diameter restoring the original flow. After scrubbing Flow Infrastructure can coat the interior of the system keeping the tuberculation from returning.
